In a world where it seems incompetence is at an all time high, it’s refreshing to find a business with fast, friendly and efficient staff. I’ve (unfortunately) had to use the Romano Subaru Collision Center and they made it so quick and easy. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Since they were so efficient, I came back to them when it was time to purchase a new vehicle. Christian was friendly, listened to what I was looking for and got me test driving a vehicle before I knew it. I didn’t think I would be able to afford the car I really wanted, with all the creature comforts. He found me a very gently used model within my budget. They were able to keep my payments close to what I wanted and gave me a good price for my trade-in. Extremely satisfied from start to finish!!! Would recommend them 100 times over!!! My experience was awesome with Joe and the finance guy. It went really smoothly they didn’t try to upsell me when I told them I didn’t want extra warranties or using my phone for remote starting. I had done months of research and ended up buying a 2024 Impreza Sport with heated seats and extra features . I love my new car .
