We had an amazing experience purchasing my grandfathers new Crosstrek. Huge mahalo to Matt Le and Joe Bolosan for their service. Specifically, Matt did an incredible job ensuring the vehicle was the right fit and overall equipment package to meet my grandfathers needs. Lastly, he invested quite a bit of time personalizing the vehicle for him and explaining the new features and capabilities of his new car. Udate: 8/12/2022 Unfortunately Becky no longer works at servco subaru. But I'm confident that anyone of their sales staff would be able to help you with your needs. Staff was very helpful. My sales associate Becky went above and beyond on my questions and asks. Her supervisor Pam was just as good and answered any questions Becky couldn't. Good place, great staff, and awesome service! Around this time is hard with shortages and everything happening to the world. I barely got any service from anyone, but I finally walk in to Servco Subaru Honolulu, I find myself actual person willingly to help me without any guarantee I may be able to get the car. I told them I need the car that meet my needs and I need it fast, but I have complication for some other things. They never waste a moment get the answers and solutions for me right ahead, they coordinate with me even making calls for different places to make sure I will be taking care off. They exceed my expectations as I they make everything ready within 5 days, I did not order in advance, there were no vehicle available 5 days ago, and they manage to prep all the installations and paperworks, I was so impress! I love the car and everything on it, I came over there with no hopes of getting a car I want but they exceed the time and effort for us. I recommend you guys to visit this place and ask for Jarrett or Joe to assist you, I'm telling you won't going to be disappointed because you will be taking care of I guarantee!
