2026 Subaru Forester -

I recently leased a new 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness from Wayne Subaru. To make a very long painful story short, I have been through the wringer over the past 3 months with dealerships on every front. From the first day I spoke to Phil, the Sales Manager, I felt heard and listened to. Mind you, my first call with Phil was 3 months ago. At the time I was currently undergoing a horrible situation with another car company, in process of trying to order the exact Subaru I wanted all while also getting bombarded with calls and emails from what seemed like every dealership under the sun. Phil was calm, patient and grounded. He never once came across pushy even when he knew I was planning on leasing with a completely different Subaru dealership. His demeanor was professional while still holding space for a very real, candid conversation. His intent from the beginning was to make sure I had accurate and transparent information, whether I bought from Wayne or not. Throughout the 3 months of trying to get the car I wanted, Phil was always there, doing everything he could each week to work to help my situation. He eventually was able to not only execute on his word, he was able to get me an even better deal and vehicle than originally anticipated. When I arrived to pick up my Crosstrek, the entire team was pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind, the finance manager was thorough and patient, and Phil along with the representative who walked me through all the car's features were 11/10. This was such a breath of fresh air coming off of other dealerships who were less than desirable when it came to professionalism and care. Do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time buying or leasing from any other dealership, Wayne Subaru is outstanding. Take it from someone who has leased 5 previous vehicles and has spent their fair share in dealerships. I couldn't be happier with this decision to give Wayne Subaru my business!

We just purchased a subaru outback from Sale Jimmy. From the beginning looking at the car, i expected to get more knowledge and comparisons between outback and forester. I think he needs to gain some more features and details on the car which he tried to sell. We were serious buyers and looking forward to get more info. However, he was really patient, really nice to help us out through the whole process. At the last stage, their finacial manager Anthony was super super nice not like other dealership which was trying to sell lots of adds on, and explained all the details which we signed. Excellent excellent Anthony . Great Deal and great interest Rates ! Lots of inventory !
