I am so happy with my service from James Clarke he helped me so much with my side mirror that broke yesterday in the freeway. It was the fastest service and he installed it himself without charging me any labor fee… he is such a good guy and didn’t even accept any kind offers of tips at all.. it’s my very lucky day to have this person attend to my vehicle at Ocean Subaru of Fullerton.. thumbs up for Mr James Clarke.. good service and very understanding. There’s a lot I can say about my experience. I can begin with how I ended up here and my journey towards alignment. I can talk about how this is my first vehicle that I purchased on my own or that I hope to live my best life since the passing of my dad. But in any case, I want to acknowledge the down to earth kindness and compassion that I felt when talking to the sales agent Diego about what I was looking for in a car/life, the sales manager (I forgot his name but he was proactive in making my car accessory needs heard), and Emyshel from finance for her guidance & knowledge about payment/paperwork. While there was more than can be said, I think what really stands out is who they are and that human connection, and the quality product that they have. I’m new to the Subie fan and my dog & I couldn’t be happier.
