Buying a car is a process everyone dreads, but you will not regret going to The Autobarn Subaru; it was the best car-buying experience we have ever had! It was worth the nearly 90-minute drive. Very low-pressure environment, and very employee we dealt with was very nice. We purchased a new vehicle in 3 hours (including looking at every model in the showroom and taking one test drive - your time may vary!) and we highly recommend this dealership.
My interactions with Autobarn Subaru have been nothing but pleasant. I came in looking to purchase a car. Freddy(salesman) greeted us and showed us around. Freddy is extremely knowledgeable of all the car and their features. He showed us multiple cars and eventually the one that was perfect for me. I appreciate Freddy’s patients with me, I’m very indecisive. Between Freddy and Mike(manager) we discussed price and term options. Mike was also very helpful, easy to talk to, and insightful. Mike and Freddy helped us decide on what term works best for us. Even dealing with their bubbly cashier Celeste who processed my down payment was pleasant. Next we met Abe(finance manager), super thorough with the information he presented and insightful. My purchase took two trips to the dealer because I was indecisive. But every time we return, we are greeted as though we were family and thats what keeps me returning to Autobarn Subaru.
I was at this dealership on 4/17/24. I walked up to two gentlemen and said hello to them. One of the two, who introduced himself as Mario, asked if he could be of any help to me. The way and manner he communicated with me made me feel very welcome. When you walk into a business the nature of the initial reception validates for you whether you are in for a pleasant experience or otherwise. He did not come up as somebody who just wanted to sell me a product and end of case. We sat down and got to talking. Some of the opinions he offered in fact helped me in making a very meaningful decision. I was in for certified used vehicle but I left there the next day signing a deal for 2024 Forester with just nine miles on the odometer. He took me on a tour to get to know my way around if I have to come back for service or anything. Not all dealerships do that. I am in the service industry and I will not let any of my direct reports feel unappreciated, knowing what they are worth. I had to interract with some of the staff, and I can tell that it is a great team in that building. I hope they do get appreciated in every way. I will recommend this dealership to any friend who has plans of buying a Subaru.
