Momma June got a new set of wheels. ???? thanks to Subaru of Grand Forks. Thanks to our fabulous salesman, Brent Borchert, Chad Vacura, and Matt Bredemeier, @GFSubaru #gfsubaru Brent was so kind and helpful as we selected a new, used car for my mother. We didn’t know what we wanted, yet found the perfect Subaru Outback. Everything from the initial greeting when we walked in the door, meeting Brent, Chad, and Matt made the entire car buying process a breeze. After driving all the way to Grand Forks from Minneapolis to buy a particular vehicle and then getting yanked around by that dealership, I decided to go pay a visit to the folks at Grand Forks Subaru. I was in town anyway, after all. I was almost immediately greeted by Justin at the door and instantly felt comfortable and at ease, which was very welcomed after having a pretty awful experience at the other place. Justin was personable, and his customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve gotten in this sort of setting. I never once felt like I was being pressured into anything and I 100% felt like he had my best interests in mind while we were taking a peek at the shops current stock of cars. Needless to say after patiently walking me through the whole process, and going over some financing options with me, Justin helped me find a vehicle that would not only suit my needs but would get me to wherever I need to be safely. I can with confidence say that I absolutely love my new car and I cannot appreciate the people at Grand Forks Subaru enough! They turned what could have been a super awful day into an extremely positive experience. Thank you Justin for helping me out and for treating me with not only compassion and kindness, but like I am more than just a sale! I will definitely be recommending this place to not only friends, but family that are still in the area!
