I am looking for a new car and drop by quirk work Subaru yesterday. I anticipated the business with a nice gentleman Nicholas Batchelder. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently listens to our request and patiently touring us with different options. We are very appreciated with his approach which he is not as pushy as other dealers that we experienced before and really do above an beyond to accommodate our work time. The work process is so fast and I have my car just an overnight. Thanks Nick for his help a lot!!!!

I purchased a new vehicle with a trade in 4/13/2024. It was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I've had, and I've been through a good number of them. The dealership was very busy when I arrived for my appointment, but the staff was helpful, and the GM Tom had me out for a test drive while my sales consultant finished up with another customer within 10 minutes of arriving. My salesperson was Michaela who was excellent start to finish. She was busy with multiple customers but still very attentive to my needs and respectful of my time. The negotiations were fair and transparent, no high-pressure sales tactics. In terms of the typical finance guy antics you see in this business, none of that here. Explained and presented the options and allowed me to make the best decision for my needs. Start to finish I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. I received a check-in text (text was my preference) 2 days later to see how everything was going and to update me that the registration had been mailed and insurance contacted. I was about 90 minutes away, but the trip was well worth it. Thank you, Tom, and Michaela, it was a pleasure!
