Called the Service department, spoke with a representative and asked her if I could come by to have a rear windshield wiper changed under warranty, she said come in and they’ll put it on. Got there, there was a back up to the service entrance, apparently there was a truck blocking the exit! Once cleared I got in, the gentleman there was told what I was there for, went to parts department, got the wiper, changed it and actually apologized for the wait! I’m not surprised, everyone at Patrick Subaru is always professional, polite and knowledgeable!

I have been leasing cars from Patrick Subaru for many years. Recently I had a new lease complimentary (free!) service visit where they rotated my tires and adjusted the pressure, changed the oil and the filter, topped off the fluids and performed a multi point inspection. They even gave me a coupon for a free local car wash as I was leaving. I interacted with a receptionist named Mary who was super pleasant and very helpful. Customer service, as well as a quality product, is the reason I continue to go back year after year!
