2026 Subaru Forester Premium

I wanted to compliment your Service Advisor Amanda Reid. She wasn’t my advisor but I saw her a few times during my time there. She was extremely pleasant, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, while I was checking out, she had a horrible customer who was being obnoxiously rude to her; way over the line. Amanda demonstrated great poise and professionalism throughout the entire interaction. Nothing she or the dealership had done could have warranted this customer’s actions. Amanda could not have handled the situation any better than she did. Please compliment her patience and willingness to keep the situation deescalated. Her poise and professionalism really made a difference. Awesome job Amanda!!! Please make sure she is recognized for her outstanding customer service!!!

Came to this dealer for an oil change special, listed on their website. Coupon said up to 6 quarts. My vehicle takes 7 quarts so I was told I can’t use the coupon. Felt like bait and switch but the service advisor gave me another deal that I was happy with. Call and question any promotional service before you head down to the dealership.

Great experience. Very professional, was able to answer all the questions. The sales person Gabriel and the Sales Manager had to locate the truck I wanted from another lot and have it delivered. Extra kudos for the sales manager to take an extra trip to drive the truck back up to Wakefield the next day. Was in and out less then 3 hours total including test drive
