Flat out great service! So excited that our son got his first car this past week! My wife and I really appreciated salesmen Jeff and Stinger who were so helpful. We also had Chris the financial manager working hard for us to get Kyle the best terms and protection. No doubt this dealership aims to make great relationships too! We could not be happier with the Sale Service we received. Thank you so much Benji (sales) and Alex (financing)! Benji helped us look at all the available inventory, brought us several options to look at/test drive, and was accommodating of our child offering books from the play room, drinks, snacks...whatever we needed. A+ facility, by the way. Buying a car can take hours, and we were completely comfortable the entire time. We left that day with a car that meet all our needs and was within our price range. As a non- customer, I was impressed. I accompanied a friend on a test drive of a Toyota Prius Prime. This was the only dealership from Vancouver to Eugene that was willing to discuss the model, paint color, and options he wanted on his prospective car. Then, tell him what was on their delivery sheet from the factory (including the VIN), and how soon more would arrive at their showroom. Low pressure sales associates as well. Bravo.
