2026 Subaru Forester Premium

Started by searching online for the car we wanted. Found it at Wallace Subaru of Bristol. Applied online and was contacted very quickly by Curtis Sparks in internet sales. Curtis was very professional, quick to reply and got everything handled the same day. All we had to do was come pick up our car and do the final financing paperwork. Gerald Jones in finance was also very professional and explained everything in great detail. Also we were thanked for our business by the manager who stopped to shake our hands. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in need of a new or used car. We love our new Forester Wilderness!

We always have a good experience at Wallace. Recently, my check engine light came on and I brought my car by to have it looked at. Charity in the Service Department was able to get my car in to have it looked it. She's super sweet and kept me updated as to what the technician was doing/finding. This was my first time working with Charity, but when I've been here before for other services, I've watched her interactions with other customers, and she's always so nice and takes the time to keep customers informed about their vehicles.
