I love Goldstein Subaru, up to this point I have only great reviews for the company. The Express service leaves a lot to be desired. Express to me is defined as fairly quickly. My simple oil change & tire rotation was anything but! It was however explained to me that it may take an hour or so when I drove in, my service took upwards of 3 hours. The service provider did compensate me with a $15 credit that is appreciated. I think possibly a new name should be given as to not have customers thinking it’s an easy and quick process. .
