This was by far the BEST car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I drove an hour and a half to Van Bortel Subaru in Rochester and it was worth every minute. Shawn and his team were amazing! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and definitely not pushy. My husband and I were treated very well, we were given a great trade-in deal, and Shawn was very accommodating given our travel time. They were patient and thorough when explaining all the features of the car. I would absolutely recommend Van Bortel Subaru to anyone in the market for a car, their service is outstanding.
