2026 Subaru Forester Premium

Callie and Rick helped to "save our vacation"... We cannot thank you enough. Our 2017 Nissan (purchased in Longwood 5 weeks earlier for this trip) broke down on I-75 June 8, 2024, on our way to a family reunion out of state. We were 2 hours from home and stranded with not much help from AAA. We found nearby Subaru Jenkins service department by coincidence or God-incident, not sure? The Jenkins staff helped us secure a rental car, use our Nissan extended service contract to cover repairs, and all the bumpy paperwork in between! After vacation, we came back a week later to turn in rental car at nearby Hertz Ocala and pick up our repaired Nissan car. Again, Callie and Rick helped us through several sticky situations on 6-17-24. Many thanks and five stars to you for navigating the solutions very well. I purchased my car in December and have been extremely pleased with the dealership! Today I had my first scheduled maintenance. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman (Rick?) who was very pleasant and made me feel very welcome. Then my service advisor, Nick, took over and informed me of what services that would be completed today. The wait was less than an hour and there were snacks and drinks provided. While I waited, I visited with the salesman that helped me when I initially visited to test drive a car. His name is Matthew and he's both professional and friendly, making him easy to work with (I should mention Alex that also helped out and he was very personable as well). I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking to purchase a quality Subaru.

I stopped by the Jenkins Subaru dealership in Ocala to just look. I was greeted by Masae Brown, who is very knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicles he is selling. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle, but after he explained all of the safety features on the Outback, I was sold. I have always been a Volkswagen owner and was sure my next vehicle would be the Tiguan. I now believe that Subaru is one of the best vehicles on the road!! I highly recommend a Subaru if you’re looking for a new vehicle!!! I would also like to acknowledge, Jalisia Theo Lasane, Shevon Murren and Lonnie, whose last name I didn’t get. They all were so helpful, kind and very professional. Thank you all!
