When I decided to trade up and get a newer car, I wasn't expecting to find a deal that really suited me as a buyer. However, my experience at Baldwin Subaru, particularly with David and Cody, exceeded my expectations. They took excellent care of me and were completely transparent throughout the process. I also came in well-prepared with my own research, I never felt pressured or exploited. I can genuinely say that I received a fair deal. I had the pleasure of working with not one but two fantastic salesmen! Tyler and Alex were so incredibly informative, patient and friendly. This experience has set Baldwin Subaru apart from any other dealership I had visited. Cody and William are also fantastic sales managers- very helpful in making sure we got the deal done!! Even after I purchased my car, I continued to receive wonderful customer service with phone calls checking in on how I liked my new car, if I needed help just stop in and even had someone come to my house to help me learn more features! How cool is that?! Definitely the best car buying process I have ever had by far! Top knotch!!
