We live out of state and recently purchased a Suburban. Ressler motors went out of their way to pick my husband up from the airport and have him back on the road within an hour for his long drive. They filed for a lost title for our suburban, and were gracious enough to give us an extended temporary plate when ours had expired while waiting for our bank to figure out the title.
