I just bought my second Outback from this dealership and it was a mostly good experience. My salesperson, Arthur, was great with very little pressure. The price was great and the trade-in value was fair. I was a little disappointed in the initial interest rate presented to me and some paperwork processing, but the experience was mostly good. These guys want to sell cars instead of trying to screw you out of every last nickel. I’m pleased!

When buying a new car, it’s often frustrating and a long day. That was NOT the case at Subaru of Nashville on Brickchurch Road. My salesman Ian Gray was so helpful and informative. He obviously knew the product well and was able to provide answers to all the questions I had. The whole experience was fun and I feel I got a great car at the price I wanted to pay! I would recommend this dealership with no reservations! He has also followed up with me since the purchase just to see how the car is doing.
