**Update** Lisa and Chris were great in connecting with me to make things right. They made sure i could use my prepaid oil change, and went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. This definitely aligns with the great service i have always received in the past. This place used to be great, however they sold me prepaid oil changes for my new Subaru, well what they didn’t tell me is they expired so now I am stuck without the ability to use them. The service manager was less than helpful and the general manager won’t return my email. One of the worst experiences I have had with them. They basically stole my money, and now I have to work through Subaru corporate to try and get it addressed.
