Best dealership ever!!! We purchased our first Subaru Outback from First Team and everyone we’ve encountered at the dealership has been amazing. The service manager, Zachery Hoke could not be any more accommodating. He’s friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. He listens patiently and responds honestly and respectfully. All in all I’ve found First Team, and this dealership in particular, to be far and above what we expect regarding service. PS: As an aside, we’ve purchased other cars from First Team Toyota. Honestly, this Subaru Norfolk location is my favorite!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the service department at First Team Subaru, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. The service advisors were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the necessary repairs and maintenance for my vehicle. They provided a clear and detailed VIDEO of my vehicle inspection, ensuring there were no surprises. Topped fluids and filled tires too! My shuttle driver Dan took me back and forth from my home and dealership, he was very friendly and safe! Thanks Dan, Erik, Laura, and Michael for taking great care of me. I’d highly recommend their service department and will certainly be returning for future needs. Thank you for the outstanding service!

The first team Subaru staff seems to always go above and beyond. Everyone there is so friendly and tries their best to be accommodating. My Outback needed new tires, and surprisingly the best price anywhere was at the dealership. They honored an initial quote (within 30 days) despite the increased price the day of service. So happy with the choice to purchase my car from here.
