    Taylor Tillman and the whole crew were amazing. Super friendly & thoughtful. Taylor spent extra time late on a Friday night for a test drive, and then went above and beyond Saturday to get me setup with the perfect Subaru, at the right price. The front desk staff were all incredible too. After a long day of car shopping and a dead cell phone, they let me charge my phone at their computer, offered food and water, and went out of their way to accommodate. Highly recommend this spot for your next car purchase. 5/5

    It took longer than expected but despite being busy and their system being backed up the sales associates tried their best to accommodate and make the process smoother. Tylor and Michael were being very helpful throughout the process. All of the staffs were very friendly and kind and asked me if I needed anything and one of the Asian sales associate came by to bring me water. Also from beginning to end Tylor and Michael offered me drink and snack. Everyone was very caring and very attentive. I first was referred to Michael by one of my friend but at first I was just surfing on their website to check out the vehicles and Tylor reached out to me in the very beginning and sent me two quotes on lease vs finance to compare the quote. I didn’t have time so I had to cancel the appointment then things changed and I went back to the dealer to do only the test drive and despite the limited time I had at the time, Michael gladly went over some stuff and had me quick test drive on the vehicle. This is my very first time owning a Subaru and its crosstrek . I am very excited ???? The next day I came back to get more information on the car the dealer was a full house and Tylor went over and recommended me some important coverages and warranties and took me over to the lot to meet with Federico who went over all the functions of the vehicle. Very friendly and step by step he showed me how to operate and use options on the car and told me to reach out with any questions on the car. Michael stayed till very late after he was done with his previous client he came over to finish off the rest of the signing documents and even in between the waiting time he came by numerous times to check up on me to make sure and remind me I am not forgotten. He went through the paperwork thoroughly to make sure I wasn’t missing out on anything and patiently went over things few times if I had any questions. He advised me schomp will be reaching out including himself in few weeks to make sure everything is being worked out great. I can see why they were a full house. Everyone seem to be very welcoming and respectful also friendly. I recommend this place and these people to buy your Subaru!! Thank you all!!!!

    Micheal and the whole team at Schomp Subaru provided us with the best car-buying experience we've ever had (and we've had a few...) We showed up at 5pm on a Saturday, shared with Micheal our wants, needs, requirements, and established financing. He asked if he could walk us their some pricing for a few cars he had that he thought we might like. After, we test drove a few different cars, including one we weren't even considering originally. While r didn't go with that one, we did pick out our new Subaru that night. We left the dealership around 7:40- 40 minutes after they closed- with a deal, but without a new car. While Michael was able to get us a deal that Saturday night, it wasn't the deal he or we wanted. He got us the deal, not with our offer letter we walked in with, but with Subaru financing because Michael was certain they could beat what we brought (and they did). Still, Micheal was certain his finance manager, who worked on Monday, could improve on the deal, but that meant we had to wait. But wait we did, and we're thrilled! We added a few extras to be installed before pickup, so about a week later we picked up our 2024 Crosstrek Sport! Delivery was awesome- Frederico provided a thorough walk-thru of all the features and functions, Micheal got the temp tags on and helped us grab the last few items from our trade-in, and we were off! I can't say enough good things about Micheal and Schomp Subaru, but I'm already looking forward to buying our next Subaru from them!
