2026 Subaru Forester

I've bought two cars from here in just as many years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had John Settineri as my sales person both times and he's been great to work with. He was super patient as I waffled for about 8 months over whether or not I wanted to get a new car, and was super great about making sure I had all the add ons I wanted when making the order and after it was delivered. I loved that car so much I had it in my wedding pictures. After the unfortunate forced early retirement of my first one, I came back to build a new one, and John was awesome through the whole process. He checked on my order regularly and was giving me whatever updates he could get his hands on. When I'm in for service and he sees me there he stops by to say hi and see how the cars doing, which I've not experienced with any other dealerships (5 of em!) I've bought from in the past. Financing was easy - everything is broken down for you and I didn't feel rushed as I read through all the legal documents. (who even does that!?) Any questions I had were answered and I didn't feel wary or confused when signing any of the contracts. Blake has been working with me on the additional cosmetics that needed to be added at the dealership. The installations on both cars from the light up components to the under spoilers look really good and haven't had any issues since being put in. I'm a nightmare to get in contact with on the phone to make appointments, but he's been really patient with my nonsense and I appreciate that. Service has been great too. Whenever I have to get work done, I don't feel like I have to wait for a weekend to take the car in. The lobby is nice and has some tables and not just lounge chairs, so I can work while I wait. The work I've had done so far has been quick and painless routine maintenance, so I can't speak to diagnostics or major repairs, but so far so good. TL;DR: I have genuinely enjoyed my experience with this dealership. Everyone has just been really nice and helpful to me through both my car purchasing an maintenance journey and I think that's kind of awesome. Also, you have to take a picture with the comic sans sign. Just do it.

Richard King was my sales representative. Very knowledgeable about Subaru’s products. He took time to explain how things work on my Forester. Never pressured my decisions or hard sale any vehicle. Recommend Richard King. Manager and Finance departments introduced themselves to me, making me feel like I was a treasured buyer.

Customer service is great. Anytime I go to get service on my vehicle, all of the staff are eager to help and help me or understand things about my car in plain language. I also had to purchase a vehicle since my car sadly had to go and every single staff, from reception, sales, and the back office team made sure I got into a new car that I loved and at the price I wanted. They didn’t try to upsell or persuade me into anything. I really appreciated the help and customer service Kennesaw Subaru gave me. Thank you!
