After being in 3 luxury vehicle leases in a row I decided I wanted a change. Going from a Jaguar & Lexus seemed like a big jump to a Subaru but BOY was I very WRONG. Not only wrong in the quality of the vehicle, the service at time of the sale, but the exquisite customer service and the LOVE of owning a Subaru. I was casually looking online and a Subaru Ascent happen to catch my attention at this location. I was contacted by Michael Babin our sales guy who was very knowledgeable about Subaru that it was quite impressive. He sent me an actual video of the car inside and out and made the buying process so easy. A lot of the communication was through text which made it even better. As soon as he put the deal together, I was headed to Baton Rouge from Lafayette right after work that day. I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted and he made that happen.
