Michael's customer service is top tier, he was very transparent and informative. More importantly, he was genuinely kind and caring. We had our 10 year old daughter with us and he made sure to have drinks and snacks for her when we arrived. He was easy to talk to and we felt very comfortable with him. We got the perfect car for our family at the right price. Michael took the time to reach out to us the next day to see how our drive home was and ask if we had any additional questions.
