Plus, snacks, a coffee station, and a clean and quiet waiting room makes my one hour waiting comfortable. What's more, they recently introduced a new service feature: real-time inspection report videos for customers. Highly recommend!

I recently had my car in for service. Sou was my service rep for the visit and was great. I was stuck in traffic and running late to pick up my vehicle before closing at 7pm, but called Sou to advise of my situation and that I'd be there a few minutes past. He stayed and luckily I arrived only a few minutes after 7. I really appreciate that customer service.
