EZ fielded my initial call and followed up with me thoughtfully. Brett handled the transaction, helping us to weather the innevitable surprises. Though such surprises are often out of the sales representative's control, the interactions remained pleasant and professional. My advice to anyone buying a car is to consider what you want, do your research, ask for documentation of any important fact, and ask questions about the paperwork before signing. Good sales reps like the ones I worked with tend to be patient and supportive, and I appreciate that.
