Trenton, our sales person, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. He made us feel comfortable and never pushed us to make a decision. The lady in finance was helpful and didn't try try to play any games like many agencies try when you get into the finance office. Everything about our experience here was extraordinary. We came back about four or five times to test drive different vehicles including taking one home overnight, and we were still indecisive and they never rushed or pressured us. We finally decided on a Subaru Ascent and they were able to give us 0% financing. The negotiation was easy and the paperwork was fairly quick. This was probably the first time in purchasing a vehicle where the finance department did not pressure us or use tactics to get us to add things we didn’t want. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here and would recommend them to all of my friends.
