I am not usually impressed with any car dealership. I have to say Frederick Subaru is definitely the exception. They had the smoothest, most painless buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson, Brad, got the exact car we wanted, knew his product really well, and even went the extra mile by sticky noting all the important information in the quick start guide. He went through the basics when we picked up the new Outback so we had our phones paired and knew where to find the essential controls. Financing was super smooth. And most impressively, I went back a few weeks later at their invitation to go through all the controls and electronics with Tyler. Then I got a gift card for them helping me! I really feel like they have the best customer experience and are there to help even after the sale. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone buying a Subaru.
We have purchased many cars but have never experienced such great service and expertise from start to finish- it was a true pleasure. Grant was amazingly knowledgeable of the Forester and it’s every feature with focus on safety and tech features and how to efficiently utilize everything from the first drive. Ask for him but they all seemed great. We picked a Forester after a couple of hours and leased it the following Saturday- extremely smooth process and they are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are interested in a Subaru. We will be returning in three years for the next one.
It was so easy to get the car we wanted. We went in late in the evening and still got personalized (and not rushed) service. We wanted a car that was in transit and as we were leaving, it showed up so the manager drove it around for us to look at. The whole process took less than 2 hours which is a record as far as I'm concerned.
