2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness

I went in early morning to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They did a full inspection and all was good. The last time I took my car in to another shop when they checked my air filter they misaligned my glove compartment and Buyers fixed it, that was awesome! Service advisor was great, kind and friendly.

This is our 4th Subaru - very happy with our experience over the years! We had a great sales interaction with Adam R. Brought my 2014 Outback here for a CVT fluid exchange and regular tuneup. The service was great. The service writer John was not pushy on extra recommended services and was very friendly. The waiting area was clean and quiet and well stocked with drinks and snacks. All of the employees were very nice. If you live in the Columbus area and need service to your Subaru that should be done by a certified Subaru technician I would highly recommend considering this location.
