The service I received at Ciocca Philadelphia was absolutely wonderful! Jeremy and Chris were very helpful with everything. Never once did i feel pressured. They go over ever detail that you need to know. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them. I totally recommend them. Giovanni from finance was excellent, went over the paperwork thoroughly. The dealership is absolutely phenomenal will do business in the future again!!

Just editing the review to point out the exceptional service team, especially Megan Dornisch and the other team members. We took our car in for an issue and it was serviced properly and they took great care of us! Just a great team all around at this location! We purchased our new car from Ciocca Subaru a couple weeks ago! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by William, who ended up being the best person that we could have asked for help us pick out the car that we wanted! He was kind and polite, but also was very knowledgeable about the different types of cars and the features it offered. He was very patient with us and we could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure we picked out the vehicle that was right for us when it came to the features as well as the price. Honestly, everyone we met were wonderful including the manager Chris, Josh, the finance manager and Avery who helped us get a better understanding of our car. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer service as well as making the sale, and we were very satisfied with the entire process. If we were to get another car, we would probably go back and make another appointment with William if he is still there!
