We recently purchased a new 2024 Subaru Forester Sport. We came to the dealership with the intention of purchasing if the numbers worked out, but I was worried about being low-balled on the trade-in value of my vehicle. My wife and I showed up at 6 pm and Wendy Wood was kind enough to take us on separate test drives while one of us stayed in the showroom coloring with our toddler even though it was getting close to closing. In the meantime, Brian took our used car for a test drive and started working up a trade-in value. Upon arriving back at the dealership, Wendy promptly presented our financing options. I was pleasantly surprised by getting the exact number I was hoping for my trade-in at fair trade-in value! I asked if they were willing to run my credit alone to see if we could do the deal while my wife could get our little one to bed. Once securing the Subaru special financing individually, my wife took my daughter home while I stayed back to do the paperwork. Wendy, Brian, and Cynthia stayed until 9pm to finish up the deal and we set an appointment the next day to do the vehicle exchange. I had purchased a Forester from Wendy back in October and I had some concerns on my hood that I talked to her about. I went to dealership today to have it looked at and was greeted by Tyler He knew exactly who I was and what the issues were and got me hooked right up with Joe from the detail shop. It was great to go in and have everyone in the know about everything instead of having to go over a story for the 1000th time that so often in so many other settings. It has just gone to show me that I picked the right salesperson at the right dealer when I chose to buy my car. Wendy has been great with making sure that I have been satisfied with my purchase. Her follow-up has been very good.
My wife and I recently bought a new 2024 Forester Touring. Our salesperson was Wendy. She and the other employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I've bought a number of new vehicles over the years and this was the first time I've ever had a salesperson go over the vehicle with me and show me how to use the various features. Even though I'd already watched several YouTube videos about the car. It was great to be shown hands-on. I usually do a lot of my own vehicle maintenance, but I'm sure I'll visit their service department for things that are above my skill set.
