I recently bought a 2024 Subaru Legacy at Ruge’s. The process was so easy! I was able to trade in my 2020 Legacy (also purchased at Ruge’s and get a beautiful new car with all the features I wanted. Jordan is a great salesperson and was so helpful. Amy, the business manager spent time walking me through all the details of my purchase. There are Subaru dealerships closer to my home but I will always choose to make the trip to Ruge’s

I had a surprisingly pleasant experience buying my first new car from Ruge’s Subaru. It was a process I was dreading because I assumed all salesmen would be sleazy and I was worried I would not be taken seriously as a woman. I am very happy that Austin Demello answered the phone when I first inquired about a 2024 Forester Limited because he exceeded my expectations of an auto sales rep. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, transparent, respectful and funny. He also went out of his way to work late and work with me on his day off to ensure I was satisfied with my decision. Most importantly, Austin is a massive Taylor Swift fan and may or may not have attended 7 of her concerts. Amy in the financing department was also pleasant and the building/offices were clean, modern, and comfortable. I would definitely visit Ruge’s for my future car purchases.
