2026 Subaru Forester Limited Hybrid

Bring my Subaru for an oil change. The advisor tapped on my window within 1min On my arrival. Super efficient. Loner is offered right away for a 2 hour wait for completion. I didn't need it. But it feels so good to know they have a backup plan for me. The waiting area is nice and filled with snacks and coffee. Upstairs an extra quiet lounge that also comes with a coffee machine that makes latte, cappuccino, espresso,..the free car wash put a perfect finishing on the visit....strongly recommended!!!

2nd car I purchased here 2019 / 2024. Sales staff is very helpful. The process was quick since I was prepared. Finance department now is very James bound love how all the paperwork was digital. Now the service department is another level I am not going to give them a bad review but make sure if you purchase extended warranties and you have an issue you have the information at hand. Had a couple of issues.

I was very carful in choosing what Subaru dealership I went to in the DC area, and Herb Gordon Subaru has definitely earned its great reputation. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile for customers. I think one of the biggest hesitations of going to any car place is worrying about being over charged, but I can assure you this place is extremely honest. I always leave my maintenance appointments feeling confident in the work that was done. I would also like to give a shout out to Michael Goodman. He is the reason for the great experiences at each visit and why I will continue to come back to Herb Gordon Subaru!
