I met Ivan thinking I was going to buy a Honda CRV but it had sold when I got there. He was apologetic and kind and tried to show me the other CRV’s but they were newer and out of my price range. Ivan was not pushy or condescending, even though I had a lack of knowledge on certain things like the electronics of the newer models. Ivan did not give up on me. He suggested a Toyota RAV4 that was more in my price range and it was beautiful and it Met my needs for hauling my home improvement projects and yard sale finds.
