Excellent attention to detail and courtesy. Craig my sales representative actually picked me up at my home on the day of the closing and drove me to the dealership. What a greaat car buying experience at Kings Toyota! My wife and I bought a 2024 Highlander XSE. Sam could not be more helpful or smart. My wife and I bought 2 cars from Sam .We were so impressed with his patience and knowledge of every car we looked at.. He took the time with us and helped us set up the navigation in our Highlander XSE, and answered every question we threw at him with ZERO hesitation. He worked with me and his manager to get me a fair deal and a decent trade in value for my vehicle. Seth in financing was also very nice and explained the papers I was signing.
