Excellent service. Had an issue that could potentially require a half hour service charge. It was resolved at no charge. You don’t usually see a dealership treat you fairly like that. Service was prompt and efficient.

Made an appointment for an oil change for 12:20. It took 3 hours to get the job completed. Service appointment was long; but service advisors and facilities are first rate. I feel confident bringing my vehicle to IRA Danvers.
