And I really did not like Anita in finance. Again I think she could have worked a little better for is. The extended warranty is only 2 years. I have a better warranty I got myself for my jeep that is way older and more miles. We are very happy with the car just not the service we received

Had an appointment for oil change and transmission fluid and filter change. Came early and was able to see me. Only had you do the oil change because you wouldn’t do a transmission filter and fluid change. Want to do a fluid flush which my truck wasn’t ready for. I just wanted to look at the fluid to see if there was any metal particles in it. Was told pulling the transmission pan would require 23 quarts of fluid and knew a transmission pan doesn’t hold that much fluid. At that point I didn’t want you to touch the transmission if you weren’t honest about the fluid quantity. Oil change went fine. I will not be back.
