I just would like to set the record straight for those who gave negative reviews towards all American trucks specially my friends Randy Aaron and Stephen these people go over and above for their customers Aaron gave me her personal cell phone number to keep in touch about the flatbed tow truck that I was purchasing which is my second one and very happy with it Randy also gave me his cell phone number which I did call him 9 o’clock at night about the truck I purchased that day and he was out to dinner and good enough to answer the phone and call for me these people go way and above for their customers I own a few businesses I am a very hard man to please and let me tell you they treat their customers the way I treat my customers and I’m a very small businessman I value every customer that walks through my front door the old saying is you cannot make everyone happy the only thing you can do is try to make the best of things we all know we should not go by reviews there’s people out there it just don’t like businesses and they will call and complain about everything under the sun some people will write reviews that don’t even know you or ever Dell business with you there’s just a lot of angry people in this world and it’s a shame nobody should just go based upon reviews take my word for it I get some reviews every now and then and when I look up their name they were never even there OK it could be a family friend it can be a customer that wasn’t happy with the service they decided to write negative things about you or your business so anybody out there that understands where I’m coming from do not always go based upon reviews if you want a fair handshake all American trucks as we are to go the owner does not have all those dealers ships if he was no good he has several different makes and models of all different vehicles you have to be a pretty good businessman and with a good report to have so many dealers like he does he’s obviously doing something right so please listen to my advice don’t go by reviews give them a fair shot I’m sure you will not be sorry and by the way nobody paid me or asked me to write this review I simply was waiting in the waiting room while my truckWas being serviced and I read all these negative reviews and it upset me dearly
