2025 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward

Kendell Browne helped me service my truck considerably. I needed an inspection and oil change. He recommended a brake fluid flush which was due. During the inspection process his technician saw that the brake pads were nearing end of life. Kendell called me and advised me that the pads had about 30% wear left. He asked if I wanted to change the pads. I agreed with his assessment and asked him to replace the pads. I can tell the difference in being able to stop properly then and now. Kendell is an excellent service writer whom I can trust to give me good advice and feedback.
