Loved working with Tyler Ferrians. He has been extremely courteous and helpful. I was short on time at the dealership, so he even met with me offsite on his day off to help educate me on my new truck's features. That is the best customer service ever.

Felt comfortable flying from Boise to Olympia to view the truck based on his word. He even picked me up from the airport. Bought the exact truck I was looking for for months! Colton helped sign all the docs and was also so easy to work with. I was in and out because he was prepared and professional, not pushy at all. I absolutely hate the dealership experience and have story after story of why it sucks so bad. But Austyn, Colton and their team at Titus-Will gave me a positive story to tell and I’d only ever shop this dealership because of my experience with them.
