2024 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward

My son and I needed to get a vehicle that I could easily get in and out of, Benjamin Burgess was our dealer and was the nicest, polite, and had a great sense of humor young man. He wasn't pushy and allowed us the freedom and space to decide for ourselves. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and he was very pleasant to deal with. We found a used minivan that was just the right fit - comfortable, not too hard for me to get in and out of and plenty of room. We were able to work out a great deal that was beneficial and the finance representative was very thorough, pleasant and cordial. Our experience was actually fun and we would go back and talk to him again if we needed another vehicle. Thank you Benjamin!! Also, the rest of the staff that crossed our path was just as friendly and that is VERY refreshing for this old lady to see - manners, cordial and smiling I'm supposing like anyone else they may have a bad day, but they sure do maintain pleasantness and are able to smile-kudos to you folks!

Excellent service, very attentive, and finally a dealership that respects their customer base. I appreciated the opportunity to work out a deal that worked for both me and the dealership without feeling like I had been taken for a ride… no pun intended ???? All joking aside, the finance manger was friendly, honest, and efficient and Angel the salesman was personable, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure all my requests were met. I will definitely travel the 140 miles round trip and purchase from them again! Thanks guys, I love the truck!
