Tig, my salesman truly understands customer needs being professional, polite, and attentive. He was so polite to my family and I answering our question, showing us around and everything. The entire buying process was quick and painless. Clear communication via email and in-person interactions made everything straightforward. No hidden surprises—just a straightforward transaction. This review is long overdue. I was so happy to get my last car working with Patrick Lucas at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Irvine. He was SO HELPFUL and friendly that I actually wanted to find a car to buy there just so I could work with him...it's true. ;-) I wound up getting a used car that I love. Would recommend this dealership. Everyone I dealt with was nice.

Recently relocated to Orange County and was looking for a Honda dealer to service my vehicle. I called around for pricing and Norm Reeves prices were the best. I scheduled an appointment and my car was completed in a timely manner. They even included a complimentary car wash. Brandon from the service department was super friendly.
