2027 Honda Odyssey EX-L

Randy Pearson is my Service Advisor…..he is the absolute BEST!! If I could give him a 10 I would!! I recently had work done which required my Pilot to be left overnight. The service was completed way before expected! When I picked it up it was sparkling clean! Randy kept me informed through the entire process. He even called the next day to make sure everything was good….extraordinary customer service! Always a GREAT experience at Patty Peck!!

Doug knows the Honda line so well that it really helps us choose the vehicle that’s just right for us. He treats us respectfully and courteously, and he does what he tells you he will do. We also appreciate the assistance we received from Herbert Burns during our purchase. Herbert was so kind, patient, and personable. Patty Peck’s service department is also a breath of fresh air. We feel at ease and completely confident in the way we’re treated at Patty Peck-both in sales and in service.
