Lilly was great, she was patient, kind and very informative. My experience was top of the line and even though it was raining ???? and we spent the whole day, we would not change anything. She made sure the car was properly detailed, inspection passed and everything else that was to be done, Lilly stay on top of it. I would recommend her to any customer that comes to Plaza Honda. I recently visited Honda Auto Mall to explore my lease options. Everyone knows looking into a new vehicle can be overwhelming & you pray you get a good sales person who is vulnerable to have your best interest. I was pleasantly happy to be assigned Raja he was knowledgeable & efficient in the process. He didn't hesitate to explore all my options. I was able to be vulnerable about my past hardship & he was transparent in the process in which I appreciate it. I was in & out with the car I wanted from the start! This was my first time buying a car and I must say the experience was great. As soon as I entered Plaza Honda I was greeted respectfully by Eric Roseboro. He was a great help throughout the whole process. He didn’t rush me. He allowed me to take my time and pick the car that was suitable for me.
