2026 Honda Odyssey EX-L

My previous car was on its last leg and I knew I needed to start looking for a replacement. I looked up online at the pre-owned inventory and inquired information on 2018 Honda HR-V. Ashley, from Andy Mohr Bloomington emailed me the next day about coming by to take a look at the vehicle. Unfortunately by the day I was able to make it in that vehicle had been purchased. I had a few other options picked out that I wanted to look at just in case that happened. I was greeted outside by Mark Gladish when I arrived and he introduced Eric, who is a sales manager. Eric asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle (size, shape, accessories, estimated monthly car payment I would want, ect.) to get an idea which vehicle would be best for me. He suggested a 2021 Honda HR-V. Mark pulled the car up and I was able to take a look at it and test drive it. Mark was able to answer all of my questions and made my overall all experience of purchasing the vehicle a positive one! Dustin who is a finance manager handled finalizing my purchase was awesome! He answered all of my questions. I had a not so great experience with purchasing a vehicle in the past from a different dealership and my experience with Honda was nothing compared to my other experience. I want to thank everyone who was involved. I am very confident and happy with my purchase of the 2021 Honda HR-V. Thank you Honda!!
