2026 Honda Odyssey Touring

I was having trouble with chair lift in my 2017 GMC Sierra and R&R Mobility came to my aide. Dealing with Johnathon in the service center. Just wanted to say I have never been treated so well by any service center ever, ever. He kept me updated as to what was going on almost every day. He made me feel very special. We bought our van here and take it here for service. Today, my son took my husband to a medical appointment and the van wouldn't start as they were ready to leave. I called to see how busy they were with service. Thanks to Franklin, he stayed on the phone until we figured out what our issue was. The steering wheel in our van got locked accidentally and he walked my son through that. We almost had it towed and would have had to get a medical transport for my husband. Thanks for the great service and offering to help when you didn't have to!
