2018 Honda Odyssey Elite

My experience this morning was great! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Special thanks to the thorough inspection performed by Hilton Head Honda’s service team. They discovered that I needed brake fluid, had a nail in my tire, and required a transmission flush. The video provided by the service team showed me everything that I needed to see. Ms. Abby Smith really made my experience a good one. Although no one EVER wants to spend extra money at the dealership, her demeanor and customer care “lightens the blow.” She always explains everything thoroughly; displays exemplary customer service; and makes Hilton Head Honda feel like home and family! She is an amazing asset to the company and is one of the main reasons I choose to return! I am looking forward to my next visit.

I went into this dealership looking for a car with specific features. I let my salesman, Tim, know and he was on Go! He showed me a Honda accord and I instantly fell in love with it. It had all of the features that I was looking for and more!! I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle and the monthly payments. If you are looking to buy a new car, ask for Tim ! He goes above and beyond you’ll for sure leave with a smile on ur face :)

I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and it was one of the most relaxing purchase experiences I've ever had. I first dealt with Roger, the Internet guy, over the phone and he had already pinpointed the right car for me. He put the car on hold for me until I got there in the afternoon. After I arrived at the dealership, Roger introduced me to Ben Fausone, one of the sales reps. Ben was super nice and knowledgeable about the car buying process. This car was already priced to sell and yet they gave me an even better deal. They did not try to nickel and dime me and there were no hidden fees. There is no sales pressure and all of the people I met were friendly. They work with you as best as they can to make you a happy customer. I live two hours away and they even delivered my new car to me the next day. Five stars all around!
