Super friendly, very helpful, 10/10. I’ve bought many vehicles from many dealers & this place was by far the most impressive. Go see Mike Rivera in sales to get the best experience. Mike made the transaction easy & made sure everything was ready for me before getting there, with my new truck cleaned up & ready to go as soon as I arrived. I would make the 6 hour drive again to do business with them in the future. Atif in finance was extremely helpful & very nice to work with as well. If you need a deal on a car in TX these are the guys to talk to.

I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. My husband and I came here with our daughter who wants a new car. There is no comfort that they haven’t thought of to take care of their clients. There is a lovely COMPLIMENTARY café. They have a well appointed playroom for those with small children. And if you bring your husband, they have foosball, ping-pong and arcade games. All complementary. The staff has been incredible. Starting with Tito, who my daughter met earlier in the week and then today Tito and Julien helped her get an amazing deal. Steve Martinez finance was wonderful as well. Everyone here is so kind and so thoughtful and they seem like they love what they do. Three months ago I just got a new car at Alfa Romeo®/Maserati. The customer care there does not even compare to this dealership.

Today I went to look for a van. I went to a few places before ended up at First Texas Honda. I saw the van in person, check out its condition, few cosmetics here and there. The listed price is on the higher end of KBB, and Cargurus listing. I offered the price in middle, closed the deal 15 mins. I wanted the experience to be 1 hours out the door, but ended up about 2 hours. Still a lot less than when me and my brother went to buy a new Hyundai, that was a 4 hours ordeal -- too much time wasted. I left feeling I had a fair deal, dealer made some money to keep the light on and feed the family. I get the van I want at reasonable price. I hope First Texas Honda would streamline the process even more to make it a IN and OUT experience. I was helped by Anthony Raglin.
