Just dropped off my daughter to pick up he vehicle. Service department seemed very clean, even though they were quite busy. Advisor went through everything that they worked on and helped reset a monitor that reset a light for future main

They've been working with us on getting some warranty problems and brake problems fixed on our Silverado that we purchased from them last year. The sales folks are very nice, as is Taylor in the service department. They weren't able to fix our problem 100% the first visit - but are taking strides to make it right and we so appreciate their dedication to good service. Unfortunately, the folks that answer the phones on the sales side are quite rude. I've called a few times to make appointments or ask questions in the past year or so - and they're not meeting the high expectations set by everyone else we've encountered. It's very important the people at the front are representing the business in a good light. I would recommend having a discussion with them, Liz in particular, and reminding them of their responsibilities and expectations. Complacency at the front will hurt your business in the long run. No one wants to deal with someone who talks to them like they're 7 years old, cold transfers them while they're still speaking, or simply doesn't answer the phone. We inadvertently cancelled an appointment, but just 30 minutes later called back apologizing for our mistake. Liz was rude, abrupt and treated my grown husband like he was in elementary school. He was apologetic and polite. She told him she rebooked the appointment and he'd have to wait an additional week or more. He asked to speak with someone else - but she was adamant that he didn't need to speak with the service center as she had already booked another appointment in his timeslot. He wanted to speak with the service manager (Taylor, she's so helpful) but was told 'they'll just tell you the same thing' then the call was ended abruptly. I called back in asking to speak to a manager and was cold transferred to the service center. Lucky for me, I got Taylor! She re-booked our service, no problem! She stated it was still open and was not actually re-booked and took care of it. Very strange.
