We had a very good service experience here today. Interactions with the person who checked the car in, the service advisor, and cashier were all pleasant and professional. We ran a couple of short errands on foot and ate at the local breakfast place while waiting for the car to be serviced. Some toys set out in the waiting area entertained the toddler with us as well. We felt the wait time was reasonable and appreciated being able to have the service done.

Went into Victory Morgan Hill a little nervous due to my lease ending. I knew it was not going to be a win for me due to penalties. Kristy was quick to show us our options and point out which was the most reasonable and most beneficial for us. She made us feel comfortable from the beginning and was looking out for our interests at all times. Thank you so much Kristy!
