2026 Honda Odyssey

We couldn’t have asked for a better visit at AutoNation Honda here in Columbus! Everyone worked together with our requests and what we were looking for! I am so happy with my 2024 Honda Pilot! Christian, our salesman, was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! I also think that the One on One tutorial given by Christian in our new vehicle after purchase where he explained its features and specs, was going the extra mile in helping us customize both myself and my husbands individual driving experience!!! The finance manager also made us feel so at home and explained everything in detail when it came to the details of our warranty! He made me feel comfortable and safe while signing our paperwork, going over each subject and explaining in laments terms all the small print! We also thank Ken for being so friendly, personable and providing top notch client service! We love our new 2024 Touring Honda Pilot!!! Thank you all so much!!!

Even though my Honda is out of warranty, I wouldn’t take it any where else to be serviced. Woo is my service agent and he is the best there is. He is courtesy, and he is always honest with me about my auto. I feel at Auto Nation service department they really care about me.

This is my first time here. As we plan on a long drive so I bring in car for a preparation. The staff, Mr. Woo went onto the car to check if it needs oil change or else. He’s really attentive, polite, helpful and very patient he takes time explain stuff that I asked. Labor costs were explained in detail upon request, and the work has been top-notch. Attention to detail at all levels is apparent as their shop is neat, and their waiting room clean and comfortable. I give five stars on every level.
